we look hot.

Tonight, I pick up my first pair of real glasses. (I had a pair a few years ago, but I got them more-or-less because I wanted them-didn't really need them).

G picked up his first pair on Monday.

After aching eyes at work, we went in for check-ups & discovered we are both slightly farsighted, which explains why it hurts both of us to look at a computer screen all day. Besides G having some kind of rare & fatal eye disease (more on that later) we shocked the doctor by having the exact same prescription and pupil size (distance from one pupil to the other). Every single number was exactly the same, down to the decimal points.

Apparently, that almost never happens.

"Are you twins separated at birth?!", she asked.

We sure as hell hope not.

  1. LOL! That is sooo funny! With Greg looking so much like your brothers maybe you were seperated at birth and just didn't realize it! OMG! That's really a disgusting thought!

  3. poor G - what a sad thing to write on his tombstone - "died of a rare & fatal eye disease called blepharitis" :) I hope he gets treatment soon, we would really miss him!!

  5. Chad and I have had the same eye problems, we both get eye ulcers, which apparently are pretty rare! Our kids can thank us later! And, yes, I work at the Zions in Dans, come say Hi next time!!!
