ummm i feel like this post is really rather timely for this reason. last night i tried to make pumpkin pasta and i wanted to die. it was so bad. mostly because i really really really messed up the sauce. sooo what i'm trying to say is - with you posting this recipe, i juuuust might have to give pumpkin pasta another try.
